I find it really annoying I'm so bad at designing applications, I always have to resort to CSS frameworks as when I try to design applications it looks awful and inconsistent. And also as I'm in secondary school still (high school) when I'm making stuff I have to work on front end as I'm the only person making it and normal users don't like using the terminal. The usage of some CSS frameworks, like bootstrap, is sometimes frowned upon.

Wait a minute... do you think high schoolers who enjoy biology get upset when they can't do surgery? Do you think wannabe joiners/carpenters get upset because they can't build perfect staircases? Why should you, as a developer/designer expect to be at that level? Give yourself space to learn. Professionals in any field have spent years learning their craft and fine tuning it. There may be the odd wunderkind now and again, but they're very much the exception.

Just enjoy what you're doing. Don't expect unreasonable achievements of yourself. I'm not saying don't be ambitious, I'm saying be realistic.

@samk I know that you can't be the best at everything, the point I was trying to make is that users don't really care about what your program does but more complains about how it looks like.

@jakej5 So UX is your concern. Good - it should be. Designing things with good UX is as much a learned skill as coding some kick-ass API or database. You've got to learn those skills. Don't take the feedback personally.

Users care totally what your app does. Looking nice is a side issue. They will be using your work to achieve a goal or complete a task. If that's more difficult than they think it should be, they will complain. It's what users do. Everywhere.
