    @chhavigg I am definitely not the guy for wallpapers. I like nature and abstract photos as my wallpapers. I mostly find them at google. On Android you can checkout Walpy though :)

    @chhavigg

    Sorry if you find this offensive, but this wallpaper says: “I’m wannabe dev and everyone must know I can code”.

    gray. plain gray. specifically the Win10 "Storm" color which is not strictly gray but has a bit more red and a bit less blue: #4C4A48

    #4a4a4a is fine too

    My wallpaper is literally just a random lighthouse that I took from Unsplash. I remember that I have a pretty nice lighthouse art wallpaper when I was still using Linux Mint.

    @-red why 01 in red? O_o does that really make any difference?

    @johnmelodyme that's nice ^^

    I do a similar thing too.
    Usually i tend to use one logo, or icon in the dead center of the screen, and use flat color or some repeating pattern (with colors that don't create too much attention) into the background.

    in general i tend to have like one subject either in the center, or one of the sides and fill the rest, with something, that doesn't generate attention and doesn't fuck with icons. Can post an example later

    @thebiochemic Yeap something like that

    @iiii imagine boss just see this wallpaper and increase your salary....

    @johnmelodyme well, that would be great 🤣

    @johnmelodyme but honestly just throwing money at the problem won't really change much. Well... Unless they pay me so much that owning a sugar girl would be a minor expense. 🤔🤔🤔

    Here's an example. The original image is from https://artstation.com/artwork/...
    I have asked him, what we should do with that version, but he never replied, so this doesn't exist publicly.

    i took the original and basically extended it to have the main focus on the left, and lots of space on the right to place icons for example (though i have to admit, it isn't a perfect example, since it has a logo on the bottom right, but let's ignore that for now)

    use color instead

    If code then I'd like a live wallpaper selection scrolling through the most beautiful parts of the Linux kernel or some other codebase with extremely high quality standards.

    A simple blue bg does the trick

    I clicks random and find something once and a while.

    Otherwise, I just set it to black, it's not like I see the background often 🥲

    haven't found many good creative wallpapers relating to coding topics tbh, I've looked pretty extensively and I only found a few I've ever liked :/

    I guess coding and design don't mix often lol

    @erroronline1 Reading that as "mpty.de"
