Something smells here. Docker desktop CE on windows uses four numbers for a full version.

Well I understand. First of all. Why trying to run Docker on windows/Mac? It is made for running on Linux.and so why would they bother to keep debugging old version of Docker? If think it's a good idea!

Actually, pro can skip the notification about the update. While free user can only snooze if you don't want to install update.

Skip part only apply to the notification , not the update part.
