    Hate when that happens. I created DDL in PL SQL that contained a create trigger statement and a series of drop sequence statements, and I forgot the / after the trigger. Everything worked exactly as written ... once.

    Or when you're hacking a script in a transaction but forget to deselect the update query before excetuting. Happened to me a couple days ago 😳
