    I've got almost twenty years in the industry. It's crazy to work with "kids" that were in kindergarten when I started.

    This is more or less what i experience every day in the company i'm working at as consultant:
    "we're proud to develop our software like we did in the '90"
    Fuck them, they're not crafting vintage dresses, they develop software!

    Because all languages are build on C++, C or assembly

    @allanx2000 Correction: the imperative families of programming languages are similar to other languages in the same family, for obvious reasons - hence "family".

    Logical and functional languages don't share that heritage.
