I was so proud of my aphorism that I decided to post it stand-alone. -
@AvatarOfKaine lmao I have heard horrific stories of that place from my cousin.
I wouldn't blame people. A lot of Bangladeshi people get in illegally and due to poverty they have to stay in miserable conditions.
On surface level it seems like issue of supply demand. With low resources and high demand, any place can become a glory hole.
But problem is the mindset. I have seen people wasting away their money when I tried to help them. People are conditioned to live in poverty and refuse to change for a better lifestyle.
Ofc, even for me, if you give me a multi billion dollar lifestyle, I'd resist that change and stick to my middle class ass. In theory everyone would say they'd prefer the ruling class but how practically it is for one to actually adopt it, is my question here. -
@rutee07
A drugged friend once rose up 10 minutes after snorting a line of ketamine and yelled at me "WOW THAT KHOLE WAS SO GLORIOUS... IT SHOULD BE CALLED A GLORYHOLE"
And I was like... "I don't think you're using that word correctly"
And he said "No I mean it felt like I melted into the fabric of the couch, slid through an tiny multidimensional opening in the universe, and whatever was on the OUTSIDE of the universe applied a passionate fellatio to my soul"
And I said: "I stand corrected"
And then I realized that my friend looked a lot like... me.
And then I realized I was talking to my reflection, staring back at me from the ketamine-covered glass table.
And then I realized that while my reflection was still inside the table, I should take the opportunity to get to know myself better.
And then I vaguely realized: "I snorted waaaay too much ketamine"
And then I woke up in a friendly stranger's car on the highway in the south of Belgium. -
While reading this post I was passed by a dude that smelled like a literal shithole
