The company i work for is getting into scrum. Hired consultants, product owners and scrum masters. First action was 'lets spend 2 days in meetings estimating the rest of the project'.

    I worked in scrum before. It's not a matter of embracing it or not. Is a matter of hiring scrum people that in the end stays in the waterfall world.

    I think people from the company should be scrum masters and product owners, this way they will be more accepted because they are from their own, not from outside.
    They should be given a chance
