Translation:

Teacher: Give me an example of infinite loop.

Me: (imitating the talk between two Indian guys meeting after a long time)
'Tell me more, what's up?'
'All good, what about you?'
'Well, all good here too, how about you?'
'Well everything is fine, tell me more?'

This might help too.
You may not be able to relate a lot from the English translation. It is just the words in Hindi that make it funny.
