It could be kinda cool. See bug stories for your fellow devs, showing the relevant code. The more eyes on the code the better. Someone finished a feature? Show it off!

@Csaki me and a friend in the office sort of already do this. Any time we finish a feature or solve a tough bug, we send a "swag alert" message to the other person, with plenty of emoji.
It's nice to have people celebrate or commiserate with you. -
