I use different variations of the same password. Everywhere.

It's worked out good so far but I can see it all crashing down on me at some point.

Try 1Password or Enpass, they have been so helpful for me.

I did the same until I finally decided to switch all passwords and replace them with randomized ones stored with Keepass.

It was a bit frustrating because the password reset mechanism of many websites just doesn't work correctly.
But it was worth it imho.

Keepass is the way to go

I did he same, but decided to use proper passwords on important stuff, since I couldn't care less if passwords to sites I hardly ever use get leaked
