    Well... often times a loader is needed anyway. Even if requests generally just take 1 secont it may take longer on mobile networks.

    It's good practice in UX to give the user some feedback about ongoing requests/work.

    Yeah... as a general rule of thumb, some kind of loading indicator is always needed, to anticipate bad internet speed on user's end. Also proper error handling if internet is disconnected midway.
