Did you set that password yourself or did they generate it? In case of latter, this isn't that bad. Consider it being a one-time authentification token where you have to change your password on first login.

@huuugo No they made an account and sent me a password as 'my first name 123'. I changed it to something more secure and now they send my new password everytime with new job post. So they have saved it in plain text. Even when clicking on forget password, they send me the password instead of reset link.

Ouch! I would quit their service and tell them how bad this is for them and their customers. And of course demand the deletion of all your data
