The only thing that sucks more than Atlassian software is Atlassian's response to feature requests. I'd swear they have pretty big feature requests gathering interest from even before JIRA existed.

It does. But could be worse.

My org moved from having a decent central collection of tech docs in Confluence to...not having any equivalent but just praying people find something in Google Drive, a Github readme or wiki (Which they might lot have access to) or Slack or the shitty intranet
