C0D4669447yDesigners or clients? Sounds like something i would expect a client to do not the designer.
Designers should be able to do Mockups surely? -
@C0D4 sadly I'm talking about designers, our client has a contract with a design agency and they keep on sending us similar requests.
Not to forget that they always send illustrator file and tell us to extract icons our selves and when we ask for an icon that we fail to extract they say: How can you not extract it, keep trying and if you fail tell us we'll extract it on our free time. -

That’s pretty bad.
i would demand at least the icons / images they want ready to go so you could at least just drop them in. But yea, small “demo” changes like that they should be doing their own mockups for.
The “product” shouldn’t change until it has too. -
@C0D4 "The “product” shouldn’t change until it has too." you can say goodbye to that since changes are happening many times per week, release date was pushed for several times. The last date I knew of was end of July, and there we are almost mid August and I have not yet pushed to Beta channel, still releasing to closed Alpha ...

That sounds like a poorly planned project if design is still occurring after the expected release date.
Depending on your authority with the project I would try and force them to finish the design and sign it off before further dev is done so the dev can just be done and dusted. -
@C0D4 I don't have GM support on this so I'm pretty much tied up in here, can't force anything unfortunately
Every time they change design I have to do restructuring of UI and it is driving me nuts :\

devmonster84My friend said an intern designed this UI for an internal site. No. Just... no
I appreciate if someone explains this to me:
Designers ask that we put three images in a grid layout on an Android device so that they can compare which image looks better, and guess what is changed in theses three images: font size changes one point in each image.
My question is: Is this normal? Designers need to see it on a screenshot to be able to decide which fits better?
