What would you be willing to sacrifice for 1 tbps internet speeds?

Mine is my left leg. I'll get a prosthetic or wheel chair. Not like I'd be doing much walking with those speeds keeping me distracted lol.

Nothing. I have 150Mbit and it's more than enough for me.

I would sacrifice my current 10mbps internet speed no questions asked.

I would sacrifice a random user.

    (Didn't see anything against it)

I have 15Mbit and its completely enough. I don't see the reason for super fast internet, unless you want to stream or host a server and need something like that.
And yes I had a really slow internet few years ago (barely 1Mbit) and Modem speeds (56 Kbit) before that so I know how slow internet can get.

Nothing. The servers I'm connecting to would not be fast enough.

@arekxv I stream sports, movies, music, and TV shows all the time. It's easier to do that vs paying for cable. Plus I often download a lot of things ranging from full concerts, to sports games. It's genuinely a pain in the ass to deal with shit speeds.

Ya, best part about 1tb Internet, is you will never see it, commercial hardware simply does not support it, either you router, network cable, network card, motherboard, ram, cpu or hdd will be the bottleneck.

Beyond 100mb you really are just splitting hairs, when downloading a movie takes as long as making the popcorn, what benefit is there in it downloading even faster.

@RTRMS Uhhh idk man. Maybe we'll be inspired to make instant pop popcorn lol

I barely have 1Mbit, but I would still not do this sort of thing.

Assuming that I'd actually get the full speed, I'll sacrifice my hatred for users.

My ears. It's the handicap that I see the most benefits in, the major one being people shutting up completely

    I'll sacrifice my old keyboard.
