It hasn't happend to me personally, but it happened to my friend. They said that if you open it, it has you log in and then it does its virus thing.

Its very similar to this. It doesn't matter what it technically is, we just need to spread the word so people arn't tricked by it.

It's called phishing, and no, it's not just in facebook. An SMS from a friend can do the same.
