@gitpush i had this question too. These come from a very advanced type of HR Managers. They ask many such stupid questions to determine your work ethics, motivation, teamwork and general state of your brain.

I can See why this might be helpfull but after i asked why they ask so dumb questions and He explained it to me i Just Said thanks and left the building.

@TV4ELP I know they help know candidate personality but that's just too much, I don't like it when they start going that way ...

@gitpush me neither. Since i had a contract from another company already at home i didnt cared at all because i dont wont to Work at auch place, even if the payments would have been better. I dont need much money xD
