FUCK SAP HANA!

There, that's my rant, fuck that shit

Has anyone ever tried to export a table in SAP HANA to csv format? Unfortunately, we are not allowed to access our SAP HANA environment directly from our development laptop (the SAP environment is a production environment, of course we don't have a develop or test environment nor does anyone feel the need to create one), so we need to email ourselves a csv file with the data we need to develop our models in python (I'm not kidding).

Anyhow, among other things, I need to manually add column names in the file, some columns are quoted, some are not, I cannot choose my delimiter, ...

Is this vendor lock-in the year 2023?

So last year we started off with an IOT smart home project combined with SAP HANA, everything went well with the hardware side of it. Wired up everything and functioning smooth as butter. When we try to connect to the HANA cloud db to store sensor data... we find out that Arduino isn't supported. A big FML!!

Im working as a software testing engineer with 2years of experience, I want to change my domain...I have some options infront of me..like Data Science, SAP HANA, Android app development, Full stack developer..I'm at intermediate level in java programming...please guide me to pick one from them
