I'm planing on building a custom PC and I was thinking on using Ryzen. Should I wait for the Ryzen with Vega or shoul I use the older ones ? (The Vega ones are still not available in my country )

Does anyone have any recommendations on a good cheap mechanical keyboard ? I'm a student so my budget is a little limited.
