TL;DR, which is the best JS templating library?

I've been using React for a while since I like the library's ideology and how simple designing templates is. But for the sake of future technologies, I've been wondering if I could get out of React and start coding with native JS.
The only problem is constructing the DOM, which gets super ugly with vanillaJS. So, I want to ask the experienced members of devRant which library would best suit my use case.

I personally feel that most social networks like Facebook are a source of depression for this generation. It's a known fact that "instant gratification", as we call it, it's slowly destroying the mental health of young minds. Do you think devRant is slowly becoming something like that? I see people only posting memes, popular jokes, or self-praising posts these days (no offence). I truly love devRant for what it is, and I don't want it to become another generic social media platform (even though it's within the developer community) :(

Got thousands of pet projects partially completed because nobody is actually interested in collaborating and I'm too lazy to do them all the way alone.

I do this often to unsuspecting colleagues. I take a screenshot of whatever work they were doing and open it in the photo viewer, fullscreen. They'd then come back and wonder for a while how their computer suddenly froze.

I'm partially color deficient, which means I can differentiate most colors, except when there is a low contrast between them.
The genius freshers in my company (well, they joined at the same time as I did, but I still call them freshers because they never goddamn improved since they joined). Anyway, these freshers thought it'd be a great idea to take design decisions upon themselves and chose the shittiest colors ever for designing a complicated interface with the most horrifying color palette you'd have ever seen.
Everytime I'm asked to debug this page, I have nightmares as they explain things to me in terms of colors :/
