    Two people staring at a phone?

    Not sure if really asking or just making fun bc that does not look like your normal vendor recovery menu.🤔

    @daintycode
    No not joking, my Phone... Idk what happened but the Last thing I did was to Turn it on...

    A photo of a phone with bootscreen??

    That's the bootloader. Starts up when a specific combination of keys are pressed together. Usually power+vol down. You can't do much cause it's not unlocked, which usually involves voiding your warranty.

    @kerambit oohhh
    Let me try that again...
  • 2
    @kerambit lol @ warranty.
  • 3
    @kerambit so I did it Just again and now my warranty is lost?
    HELL YEAH BRAND NEW PHONE AND WARRANTY FUCKING LOST I LOVE MY SHIT LIFE!

    @Mizz141 are you trolling?
  • 3
    @Mizz141 What? No, OnePlus doesn't void the warranty if you boot your phone into Fastboot mode. Calm the fuck down.
  • 1
    Only if you use fastboot to flash stuff
  • 1
    btw: press volume key to select. and press power key to select
  • 3
    Fastboot != Recovery != Bootloader folks.
    This seems to be the default Recovery, only allowing you to enter fastboot to Flash shit.
    Of course clockworkmod recovery and all that good shit has more options to it.

    @Mizz141
    That's the FastBootMode
    A variant to tweak backup or destroy your boot up

    Anyways
    What shitty system did you aspire to end up with such FastBoot menu

    And this is your entry to phone dev
    Enjoy!

    After getting the joys of the Nexus 5x bootloop I have discovered a lot about how these work and how to flash new software onto them, now I just want to get a cheap Dev phone!
  • 2
    @RAZERZ oh dude i'm so outdated.😅
  • 1
    @romangraef So... how do I select?
  • 0
    @succcubbus I don't know if I am taking the bait here, but he meant with the volume up and down you control which item to select, then you confirm with a tap of the power button, though both operations can be called selecting tbh.

    👆 what @DRHAX34 said @Mizz141. There's procedure involved (at least in all my phones so far) in the unlocking process, not "What's this big red button do?" "whoops, I launched a nuke. Teehee. "
