I have a similar issue with my undies keep getting holes. I went to my doctor and they said it’s because I get boners at supersonic speeds. It just rips right thru fabric like a supersonic explosion. WAY too noticeable in public 🤦‍♂️. Similar issue on the other end when I eat too many shawarma platters with extra hot sauce. Blows a massive hole right thru my jeans too. Thank god for WFH! 🧑‍💻

I do know someone who had/has an issue with boner-related holes in boxers. Im pretty sure his issue is rather unique to him... mainly because he's beyond massive.

Not such a massive tear cut I've also had them coming apart at the seam of the band (usually where it's in the bone so looks similar to your issue). But most of the time holes form in the lower end. Most likely due to biking.
