"with that said" is the most overused phrase in meetings.
Not sure if it‘s a just a German thing when we speak English.

"I hope this email finds you well" is a pet peeve of mine.

With that being said, I'll upvote this rant

A native anglophone might say: "that being said"

I get what you mean. With that said you're wrong.

My overused phrase is "not sure, but I think" - when I need to answer to something but don't want to actually commit.

Not to mention it might even be confusing to non-native english speakers. First time I saw it I thought it meant "I hope you actually did receive this email" as if they were unsure about my email adress or it was a hint that they really wanted me to reply to confirm I got the email
