@Kernel biking with a low cadence (high gear) can lead to knee problems as well. It's best to stay at 80 - 100 rpm when putting in power.

@electrineer I'm a retired fixed gear racer. Fixed gear, especially its constant Iow cadence, messed up my knees super quickly. I'd rather run :D
