I'm in Germany.

While being the same race, they're obviously from a different world. I wonder if @Lensflare has more style than his fellow citizens.

Most Germans are Dutch without support for CSS. The country of times new Roman I guess.

They buy apple products to compensate for theur own style. That's how much money is needed to make a German hip.

Bold words from a swamp German.

Germany is nice but many foreigners here speaking bradwurst sprache, I prefer l33t 5p34k, English or weedspeak. But the schiverleih only supported bradwurst sprache. I'm hungry now.

@Ranchonyx you call me names after I just did a objective sophisticated analysis. Being called a German is terrible enough, imagine being called a swamp German! Suck my schinken case toast

they're fucking nazi. @Lensflare and to @tosensei were too busy whining about me to do something about their nazism problem and now they're back to nazism

Skiing environment is like devrant in real life, only good decent people. Never was annoyed by people on ski's. While the Dutch are highly effecient people too in work, the Germans are just better regarding that. You notice the quality in everything, from ski-lift to personal in ski-hut, everything is just perfect. Very comparable with Austria so far while just bring swap Austrians. The bradwurst countries are great. I'm in winterberg for first time and I'm surprised there is such place just 3h driving from home. I'll do this more often. Also, it's cheap. 30 euro for rental of all ski accessories and skis themselves, 50 euro for ski pass and around 60 euro Gass and around 20 euro food/drinks. A gluhwein is around 4,50. For one person, it would be only 160,- euro for a day but for the amount of fun and quality it's a very good price. Even cheaper when you can split the Gas bill with others. Would advise to anyone. The pistes here are very beginner level / blue and short tho.

@retoor Maybe you can give me some lessons some time? I've wanted to learn how to ski/snowboard for ages.

    Guten Morgen?

Style? I have no style. If you count wearing sandals with socks, than that would probably be my style.
Also, I‘m not representative for a typical German.
And I don‘t care about nationalism.
Bashing Germans doesn‘t bother me in the slightest 😂.

The only thing that triggers me is dumb people who clearly don’t know what they are talking about, like our friend ostream here.
    But I‘m working on that.

Are you sure about that? Also, I thought he deleted his account

@BordedDev well, every other German that I met so far and even my friends make fun of me because of that sandals thing, so my assumption is that it‘s not representative :)

    @BordedDev

    > Also, I thought he deleted his account

You don‘t know that @antigermgerm is ostream?
  • 2
@Lensflare That's funny because it's one of the biggest stereotypes of germans I know
  • 2
@BordedDev really? For me it's the annual village gangbang
  • 2
@Lensflare No, as much as I used to lurk I don't really know anyone's patterns too much
  • 1
@antigermgerm *gay village gangbangs are a close second
  • 2
@BordedDev dunno, in montreal my roomie was a german gay who left because of harassment.

Of course it was in munich, these people didn't betrayed the pope

As someone who **might** become a German citizen soon, I'd argue there are differences between North and South. I like Hamburg and Berlin areas better. Culture is better here up North imho. I prefer mid-Europe to Spanish and Turks as well. Both cultures are a lot more likely to abuse foreigners. Also, both are loud and really not peaceful.

Don't ask me about east Germans tho; I'm still pissy about AfD's 20% approval rate.

@NoMad damn right. Germany is not a real thing and should be balkanized into their constituent states. France, italy and spain too. Not real countries. Long live catalonia, britanny, the frisians country and independant westphalia.

@BordedDev teaching an south afrikan to ski would be fun. Says someone coming from a country with literally no mountains. But we created Flevoland, by that standard, I'm sure we could create a mountain too.
  • 2
@NoMad up north is always better but there's always an exception to the rule. In this case it's Belgium. In the Netherlands we say that the wise come from the east. There's no competition going on between parts in Netherlands. We all agree that the west sucks. Only some Amsterdammers living in conditions that I consider unlivable are like Amsterdam for life. Good, stay there svp. It's good for environment. I would consider them coming here a climate issue. Swamp Austrian > more my buddy than a swamp Dutch (Amsterdammers).

I don't lock my door or bike ever. Imagine if such people knew such places existed. My area is heaven compared to where they live. If they would drive to my part of the netherlands they probably get prohibited by a big golden gate with a big Dutch speaking guy that sounds a bit like a German in front of it judging them. After that, they start to get very warm under their feet. Hollywood style.
