@champion01 I'm not the one who down voted you, but I, and probably a lot of other people don't think that either men or women are "naturally better" at anything.
some men are cut out to be devs. some women are cut out to be devs. attempting to apply gender roles to any career that doesn't involve genitals is counterproductive, and I, for one, don't code with my vagina

@champion01 the whole point of encouraging women in technology is to level the playing field. By saying women are better than men, you're not really helping the case - just invert the issue.

Also I'm probably not the only one who is insulted when someone undermines the hard work I put into something by attributing some of the credit to my femaleness
