just got an email that they have a good opportunity for a -female- graduate of computer science where they don't require any programming or other skills. wtf
Do they want females just to up their fem statistics?

safe to say I did not reply, i am not unskilled and I don't want a job like that!

This is why I HATE anything like a promotional material of any kind that says "female" and "programming" in a sentence.

//Sure, let's fucking forget about meritocracy. I'm sure it will only lead us in a hyper-advanced future in just a few years. /s

they don't WANT to, they ARE REQUIRED TO, BY LAW.
because that's what equality means in sjw newspeak.

next up: wimins in IT complaining about "misogyny" because everyone doubts them and everyone assumes they know nothing because everyone assumes they got to the position by state requiring it instead of just by actually being suited for the position.

... because that's totally surprising and unexpected.

If selecting on the most marginalized person is more important than merit.
Let's do this for next president we find a:
Non binary gay transgender black North Korean midget.

What could possibly go wrong xD
