    what's wrong with spaces? a space will always be a space, doesn't matter the editor

    I code in Python to pep-8 so I always use spaces. But I think that spaces are better overall anyway, especially if you work in a team using different editors and operating systems. A space is always a space and you don't get formatting problems.

    I don't suppose it matters as most editors convert them to spaces on save.

    Just keep it consistent and we are all good.

    I always use spaces. Seeing tabs mid statement always looks like crap.

    I'm talking spaces within the context of the tool we referring to. i.e. The entire computer architecture. There is ...no escape. It's all the same thing. #spaces
