@GyroGearloose doesn't it have any sort of board number or model? it will be definitely hard to look for manuals if there's nothing like that.

just Say the Volts, from 12V to 36V.
I'm using a laptop 12V 2A + 5V 2A (Only using the 12V to power the shield.
Asked because someone may already know. -
Looking for info on the driver, I found this:
https://www.pololu.com/product/1182
It says each driver can use 1A per face, I know I'm pulling (trough onboard potentiometer) 0.7 for X, Y and 0.2 for Z, but don't really know If I can just calculate by Ax+ Ay+ Az = 1.8A ?? -
Just needs the Z now... But I'm already testing with a fastly built Z axis for the old CNC :D
And I'm liking it -
Lesson learned...don't mess with the machine while running... Just fucked my hello world lol
-
LuxARTS16136y@Haxk20 I don't think it's ghosting. I think that's the effect of the camera, light and natural filament. If that's ghosting that machine has serious problems.

Hardware bugs suck Ass....
Had everything prepared for the test... and fucking (cheap, really cheap BYJ-48) has to fry...
Now only goes on one direction. (wird) -
n1 man, some parts are made by itself, i mean parts of the printer are self printed?
-
@BadCompany this seems to be a CNC router with 3D printed parts (also a CNC device)
-
:d I also have a wood frame already made, but I need bigger calibrated 8mm rods.
New steppers already arrived, smaller and lighter than the ones I'm using, I want to save the big ones (the ones I'm using) for a 600mx600m table CNC.
Right now I'm testing the resistance... Everything looks good for now, but I still need to stress test it (Z-axis finished printing overnight).
It's already good enough If I was cutting foam, light materials... Still, minimum I accept is 0.2mm on wood. -
Getting really frustrated here...
What tools do you guys use for CAD / CAM to generate the G-Code? -
I want to know how much this CNC machine will cost me. I want to make one of the https://www.aluminum-machine.com/ machines myself, but I am sure that I won't be able to make it. So, I will just buy it from this site.
-
Well, depends. Mine is already over 100€.
My advice? Buy one of those 150€ Chinese ones. Upgrade it, work with it, then make your own.
I'm about to spend 300€ more to make it cut metal, don't expect any less. But I have an advantage, I'm already a cnc operator and know how the machine must work and what to correct.
