I've been told, on many occasions, by many people that I have problems w/ communication w/ people...

...yet _I_ am the guy who has to create a fucking report asking people whether a _major_ change has been intentional or just a fuckup.

Boggles the mind that something as crucial as deprecating something that will impact an ostensibly large portion of our player-base isn't provided as a heads-up && I find out about it when inspecting the build, myself.

i'd ask the specific case where they found your communication to be lacking, otherwise I'll take it as baseless bitching just to fuck with you

you'd be surprised how often that happens. unless you know how to improve my situation, because I've made a clear mistake, your criticism is invalid. if you can't have done it better you're a naaarc just vying for power

... also my bf is the most selfless fucker ever. guess what people tell him. that he's selfish. if you attack someone's strength, they will always cave, because it's very clear they value that thing. it's horrific to them to not live up to their own standards. dark personalities will pick up on this and use it to manipulate people to do things, or to demean them if they're getting in the way of something

That's not an experience that I have with you at all. You filed great bug reports on molodetz and snek. Sometimes being blamed on communication it's their own problem.

- fail to read w/ understanding,

- fail to read the whole damn thing,

- or just start interpreting shit, instead of just taking the damned thing at face value.

you will not overcome your problems if you don't try. Mgmt are giving you opportunities to improve yourself where you're lacking. Use them well.

Fun fact: got praised recently by one of the devs for providing some very detailed info in one of my reports.

...begs the question... why the _fuck_ is my performance being evaluated by the testers? It's always been a riddle to me. Currently I have a lead tester who, on more than one occasion, has demonstrated to me that he knows less than I do. Why is that guy allowed to evaluate && 'correct' my work?

As far as my target audience goes, they have no problems w/ me... Fucking retarded office politics, I tell you.
