    I have actually used both and if you're talking about a phone (android one) without Google services/shit installed and rooted and well, I agree.

    And yes, I've used both.

    CORRECTION:
    Apple treats you like a prisoner,
    Android treats you like a user.

    (Apple most of the time doesn't even give file access, restricting you to only pictures and video!)
