It might be a stupid question, but:
Do the full-stack devs of you actually have that function in the job contract or does it just say "(junior/senior) software developer"?

Mine says just "Software Developer" and in my opinion it sounds just too generic and undervalued for what I'm actually doing...

Contract has "Software Engineer" but since I control, maintain and am 100% responsible for the entire stack, code and ongoing maintenance of every system I look after, full stack it is.

I don't have support unless I break a few arms, I don't have anyone senior to me for what I do to turn to, so what would you call me?

I started off as a jr dev. A single dev in the project [as my mentor left it after a few months]

At work I changed the name of the position from Web developer to "Full Stack Developer/Programmer" and there is a reason for the slash...... they previously screwed my guys into a lower pay grade because of what the fucking idiots that evaluated our positions(we have a state job, so shit gets evaluated all the time) did not consider that a developer and a programmer are interchangeable names for the position.

OAN when one of my devs asked me why I did not put "Software Engineer" I mentioned that such name would normally imply or require a bachelors degree....which they don't have lolololololol

My position should be called company holder.

If I got sick for one single day the company broke. And it's not joke, the only 1 day off I take because of sickness our, "DevOps" drop the production database.

My position is also Software Developer, but I mostly do frontend development, a bit of CI/CD and a few weekly hours of useless meetings.

Full stack is a term used more in recruitment circles rather than organisations and job titles.

Mine says software engineer.

I have no title. Actualy a can do many things. So you can call me a bitch for everything.
