wannabe5315yconsidering that a lot of companies offer interviews to candidates they have no intention of hiring for legal and HR reasons, go for it.
When you refuse, they'll offer the position to someone who is desperate and will do an impossible amount of work for no pay, likely from a different part of the world.
They will do this because they interviewed candidates and couldn't find anyone local who was qualified or interested. So in a way, you are doing the company a favor ;)
