    Similar life hack: Secretly work from home to meet unreasonable deadlines in order to impress the management after everyone said it couldn't be done. Unions hate this weird trick!

    Have your lunch at a caffee nearby instead

    I'd tell the manager something like, 'Excuse me while I pay attention to my food and my colleagues, not the meeting.'

    I'd take my break right after and just tell them that I haven't had my lunch break and tell them that lunch time meetings do not constitute a break

    I blocked my calendar for lunch because this would happen. Even put it in 1h, so I don't have to rush my food or have a meeting right when I come back.
    Sadly, they don't always check if you're available.
