Hmm I think I press right-shift when I smash my head on the keyboard because of a god damn bug does that count ?

I only use right shift. Except for one soft: photoshop, for making ctrl+shift+S with one hand.

You're right. Is it because of the layout of the keyboard that it forces us to utilize the left shift more?

Vim, it's easiest to hit the ":" commands by using right shift...

Hmmm... I think I use right shift almost exclusively. I only use left for a few select hotkeys. (I am left handed, fwiw)

When typing with 10 fingers, I use the left shift when typing an shifted character on the right hand side of the keyboard, and use the right shift when typing a shifted character on the left hand side. I thought this was very normal, caused us a few bugs with user input in XNA as well... 😫

@zourtney left-handed too! You think there is a correlation?

@Enocra interesting... I don't know! I never took typing lessons, so I probably have bad form anyway 😜

Eveyone uses the right one... for them

Touch typists. You use it when typing a capital letter on the left side of the keyboard. :)
