The idea is that some of the word she used is rarely used by some nationality.

For example the word "guru" is rarely used by the nationality other than Indian.Other nationality will use the word like "teacher" to express the same concept. There are some word/phrase which is unique to their nationality.Therefore you can somehow guess what nationality a person is based on what word he/she used.

I am asking it because the word/phrase she used in common for British and Scottish.
