Haha, yeah, this requirement in resume is a fucking joke. Like, it yells at you: "This company takes the legacy of all your previous jobs combined in one more hell, isn't it nice?!" Suuuure I'd love to work with them and that's why I quit them!

-you join a company
-company sucks and manager fucks up big, reporting it’s your fault while actually as most middle managers they just fucked up by promising a feature or an “easy to implement” change.
-company fires you/mistreats you such that you have to resign in order to not fall into burnout/depression and they also don’t want to fire you cause well, they’d be paying part of your unemployment.
-your reference is now a bad reference despite you being good at your job
