Why does DevRant not have code blocks and syntax highlighting?

Do you feel it would add value? What is your main reason?

I guess it's because this is supposed to be a place to rant about the problems on a dev life, not a place where people asks technical questions and show off their skills. In a rant if you need to show code that set you off it's OK to take a snapshot.
