Those users who'll post reviews for your app on the store in their native Indonesian, German, Arabic or whatever languages automatically assuming that you're a polyglot and you can understand everything. Why not just use English?

    because the publisher of the app is a service provider, he should do an effort to understand the ones he serve, aka clients

    Most reviews are not feedback for the developer, they're information for other customers and the app stores will display reviews in language X to users who have their phone set to language X.

    @ItsNotMyFault the translations are always the most helpful ones. Especially with those long reviews where they're trying to describe a feature or something.
