Was ok, I heard though there are some better alternatives

It should have been open source from the start anyways.

    Eyes see "LastPass"

    Mind reads "LostPass"

haven't used it, and this mind game suggests I shouldn't even think about starting to.

Used it for work few years ago. I’m using 1Password currently

Hosting my own vaultwarden (bitwarden) instance was the best decision. Never used something else.

    Good response on their part.
    I see nothing wrong here.

Even if some get access to the vault, they still need to get people's password to access people's account/password. It's time to generate new master password again LoL

I told one of my ex bosses, this target is so huge. Saving your password there is irresponsible. Last pass in the 2 years I worked there only got hacked 2-3 times.

Use something like keepass on an usb stick or so.

Ive been using it for one or two subscription period ( year ), but I stopped when my subscription ended. Moved on and never looked back. Recent blogpost only confirms that it was wise move.

So according to the updates to the blog they did in the end leak a bunch of customer data, including personal information and website URLs. The passwords themselves were accessed too but in an encrypted format.
