I have generalized anxiety disorder as well as a picking thing. Whenever I get anxious and/or stressed I immediately scratch open any blemish and I pick at my cuticles. It’s not uncommon to see me walking with plasters/bandaids on my fingertips. It sucks but I generally don’t even realize I do it

As a hedonist, i prefer food, games, sleep, web surfing and sex. In practice it starts with becoming debugging blind and in consequence losing motivation. Then i start procrastinating. And then the stress normally disappears after a while.

Take it in during the day and then after work, a good workout. If not enough then… 10 comes into play 🥲
