@wakadev what do you mean? Are you talking about the android UI system? If you are a begineer, start with the layout designer, which is drag and drop system in android studio. Learning java is the first thing that you should do.

Thanks for all and the welcome to the app, the reason to the question is a teacher that tell me Eclipse is the better IDEs for all cause to flexibility, and yes NetBeans it's the master. I 💘 the framework to build interfaces, and I read that android studio use xml files
