j0n4s5434198d@SidTheITGuy well there is nothing left of it, it was a smol snail which is now powder and goo π

j0n4s5434198dI normally don't get THAT emotional for small animals.
But looking on the ground and seeing what my 1000 newtons of force did to this creature weighing maybe a few grams :( -
retoor11902198dOuch, that's 7 years of bad luck. Also, his parents will follow you now until the end of time
-
netikras35196197dWell... I cruch hundreds of them on weekends. And leave them some blue methaldehyde grains to chew on while I'm gone.
It's a battle for survival -
j0n4s5434197d@retoor yeah I just saw another snail looking at the remains, it just stood there for a few minutesπ

nemetepst137197d@j0n4s His brother probably, better watch your back for the rest of your probably shortened life ;)

kiki35294197dFun fact: rat poison is not toxic to snails, so they eat it in large amounts. It accumulates in their bodies and makes them extremely poisonous to dogs that may eat them out of curiosity.
The Panamanian golden frog — the most toxic creature known to man (one touch can kill you, a full frog of 3 to 12 grams can kill two elephants) — uses the same mechanism with certain types of bugs it eats. Those frogs don't produce poison on their own, but rather synthesize it from the bugs.
Snails essentially took a shortcut :D
Don't forget to wash your shoes thoroughly, especially if you have pets! -
j0n4s5434197d@retoor probably, it also sat on top of the remains for a while, I couldn't see where his hands wentπ§
I just stepped on a snail πππ
