My dev team needs team building activities (not necessarily dev related, but yea.) Any suggestions?

I suggest doing crafts. Like rope bowls, wood working etc.

Indoor rock climbing. Nothing fosters trust like having your life hanging by a rope tethered to someone you barely know.

Use office stationaries and build towers. Judge marks the tower and reward.

Treasure hunting game if have office campus.

Obstacles field if have a wide empty area. Blind folded people try to pass the field by listening to team mates instructions.

Fake startup pitching presentation.

If you are asking for only one team, any sports or games are pretty good for team building.

Bowling, tennis (not 1v1), basketball etc.

Computer games. RPG, MMORPG. Dota. CS go. Etc anything with team. Not solo.

Solve the mystery locked room game if your city has one.

Join a hackathon.

Room Escape .. hint: they stay there for couple hours instead of 1 if they don't escape

Cs go， starcraft， warcraft， heroes of Newerth... So many possibilities....

it is Dev related but also very team building, a Hackathon

Another one I suggest is to build rovers using raspebrry pi or aurduino and play robo soccer

laser tag or just drink vodka. I mean a lot of vodka

@mrrmc If the entire team consists of men, they'll be fencing instead 😓 (if you get what I mean).

Agree with @saintograph indoor rock climbing is a hood way to build trust.
