Soooo, i'm assigned to finish a half made prototype of a production line functional test platform.

1 - Some wires were faulty so someone decided to change them.

2 - wild shortcut appears *music fades, screen goes black*

3 - now i have to fix the prototype

4 - Devil's voice whispers on my ear *welcome to heeeeellllllll*

Holy shit, even my through-hole boards for trying shit at home look better than this mess.

Jesus.. They used way too much solder.

Tf is this man, who solders like this? Also why use smd here? Traditional components might’ve allowed much cleaner execution

Oh my God man, you've seen nothing... Welcome a double sided hand-wired prototype of my own craft LOL

@michezio Jebus, but at least it is somewhat organized

Oh, I just realized that photo was still a work in progress one. As you can see some of the connector below and on the left are not connected yet. Final result was a lot messier, but unfortunately I can't find any picture of it completed

@hardfault the top of this one is where the replaced wires are xD (don't have the courage to take a photo)

What kind of project was that? Bluetooth, accelerometer, atmega... Was it some kind of remote control drone?

Someone know why I cannot make lead track on my green perfboard with metal ring . Each time I try put more lead .. it flew the other side :( XD

@edulipe correct it was made to collect attitude data , but the key here is Bluetooth module. I wrote a boot-loader for atmega8 that allowed me load /flash code over Bluetooth.

@jak645 the trick is to make it think you don't want the solder to connect both pads.

@hardfault cool project. Also wanted to try and make a bootloader for a pic i have laying around, but it's still on hold for the last 2 years...
