@iiii Thanks for the feedback. Though I was more focused on the features than the design.

I saw the first setback on the github page, and maybe if possible you could create a notification with custom buttons? Not sure

@GiddyNaya I use sleep for Android which is functionally and visually very similar to what you have created here, I have it set to play my Spotify with increasing volume over time and in the case Spotify can't be reached it plays a backup, local alarm file. I think this meets @NoMad s original specs?

Interesting to see that your designs were so close visually, but how many different ways can you display an alarm app 🙈

@drego that would require a spotify account. I wanted youtube links or radio stream links to be played. Haven't seen one, ever.

@NoMad ah yes, in my head I merged those categories together! The closest thing I've used in the past is an Alexa which you can set an alarm to do live radio and I'm pretty sure YouTube autoplay as well. However, with your not giving too many permissions criteria I doubt you'd go down the smart speaker route 🙈 it's also not an android app

@drego I'm down for smart assistants, just not the easily hackable ones, and not one tied to a damn major account that I could easily lose the two factor auth for. I like IOT, just would like to unplug it from the internet and have it work. But that's a dream of mine and we shall see if I can manage the make intelligent/sensible home robots and house IOT at an affordable price. (I doubt, but dreams will be dreams)
