Stop whining about slow IDEs. If the IDE is running slow its because your shitbox computer is pissing it's pants. Get rich and buy decent hardware or use notepad and imagine the syntax highlight you cheap hook-nosed fuck. Fucking degenerate.

    @magicMirror an IDE is more than just a glorified text editor. VS code is a glorified text editor. IDEs do so much more.

    Now actually Android Studio 3.0 Canary 1 was actually 5 times slower than Canary 7. And VS15/17 are just slow starting, especially considering ReSharper. VSCode doesn't lag on AMD486, but my Spectrum fails to go beyond anything but Vi

    I think my companies antivirus is partially to blame for a slow visual studio. I have an i7 8gb ram and an ssd but it keeps freezing up saying something is taking longer than expected.
