Even when you might want to work for a non-profit, don't sell yourself too short. Dear developers, I ask you kindly to never accept these kind of salaries.

That entire range is an insult. Esp. with the dev stack in mind.

(It would have been OK for a junior position. Yet they ask for Mid-Level. And even though to some being able to work remote might feel worth it, just don't.)

@Strannch Yes, they are. (OK, it's also a bit dependent on where you live. Yet I don't even bother looking below 40kEUR.) And only the sky is the limit ;)

@k0pernikus urgh. I'm always thinking like "maybe I'm overestimating the salary" since I'm new and not really experienced.
They promised (it's not on paper so we never know) nice salary raises with each passing years and interests. So I hope I won't regret it.

@Strannch they are! After 4 years of apprenticeship (they don't really count as experience) I expect over 55k but living costs in switzerland are too god damn high

Depends on the place you live. In my country 20k-30k is really enough for excellent life quality. Minimum wage is 7.5k to give you an idea.
