    I lile to look at it this way: You exchange your money for happiness. Buying necessary things contributes to your happiness. Some people enjoy the thought of having the latest shiny thing, which brings them hapiness. Therefore buying the lastest gadget just for the heck of it makes sense for certain people. Although being a hypocrite is an entirely different matter

    I feel like that too! Something needs to break or too annoying to use before it gets replaced.
    And I am writing this from a shitty samsung tablet with custom OS so it is half decently usable. I try to keep switching between apps at a minimum because it is so slow and webbowsing is virtually not possible because it can take up to one minute for a page to load (or an app to open).
    But it still works!

    I do this. I also don't feel sorry for it, this is just the way I prefer it :)

    Well... they did earn their money, it entitles them to what they wanna do with it...
    Yea, old things still work, but hey... new things make u more motivated as well 😊😊

    Basically, materialistic satisfaction and happiness 😅😅 ( not saying negatively )
