Relatable. The last time I've been doing sports on a regular basis was 4.5 years ago (before my studies).

@linuxxx I still have a relatively good base fitness, but when I do sports now, I can't move the next 2 days. :D

When your university has one of the nicest student recreational gyms in the state and I could use it for free, but I'd rather just sit in my room and chill lol

And I just ran 2km in 10 minutes

I'm just in a loop of trying for a few days and then laziness taking over πŸ˜’ I've experienced the thrills of improvement but still unable to keep up the momentum. *sigh* kudos to the rest of you 😊

I cleaned up my house for like an hour and woke up the next day with a sore back and hamstrings. Get on my level

I basically did sports regularly for my whole life. But somehow I wasn't able to keep it up while studying - I think it is because the work load is so uneven. I started working out multiple times (during the beginning of the semester) but never kept it up due to high work load during the end of the semester.

I play basketball Tuesdays and Thursdays; i used to play much more often when it was more available to me and I also used to hit the gym. I can't wait till I rise above my current challenges so I could get back to working out and hooping more often

@theCalcaholic studying kills any effort. Know that exactly.

Sport is supposed to kill stress which boosts my motivation, but what if stress kills my motivation for sport first? The stress increases and kills motivation faster. Warning: Infinite loop detected!

It's amazing how many muscles there are in the human body...
I cycle to work every day, uphill with strong headwinds often as well and I push myself so I'm in quite good cycling shape (my ass gives out before my legs do :D), but because of a trip this week I can't cycle, but I have a treadmill so I decide to try it out... I ran for about half an hour/~5km at about 9 km/h and my god I can barely walk now my legs are killing me, but slightly below the area that hurts from cycling :)

@linuxxx well the odds of this to happen to me are quiet low...

But I can relate my condition isn't where I want it to be.

I remember the first time I went to the gym. Could not move for 2 days because EVERY fucking muscle in my body hurt like hell
